鉴赏：
佛高肉髻，髻纹呈右旋螺纹状，方额丰颐，面带微笑，神情安详。圆形头光，内饰双层莲瓣。身躯挺拔，著褒衣博带式袈裟，衣纹疏朗对称，层次分明，极具质感。手作无畏印及与愿印。主尊两侧浮雕二胁侍菩萨，立于力士托举的莲台上。菩萨眉目娟秀，头戴宝冠，宝缯飘举，身披帔帛，帛带交叠垂悬于腹前。

背光顶端略缺损，上有丰富的阴线刻纹饰，主尊佛两侧线刻二弟子当胸合掌，头光外为环状排列坐佛、天女及诸多花草纹样。整体造像雕工细缴精美。
