Painting of Eleven-headed Avalokiteśvara seated on a lotus, holding the sun and moon. Attendant figure either side, with male and female donor below. Ink and colour on silk.

这幅绢本设色画作描绘了十一面观世音菩萨，他结跏趺坐于莲花座上，手持日月。菩萨两侧各有一尊胁侍像，下方绘有男女供养人。
