含铅铜锌锡合金，嵌银及铜，留有颜料痕迹

这尊观音菩萨（Avalokiteshvara，慈悲菩萨）像立于一块底板之上，该底板原本连接着莲花底座。其额头有第三眼，眼睛嵌银，嘴唇嵌铜。头戴三叶冠，佩戴众多饰物，包括从左肩垂下的梵线，以及颈部垂至脚踝的长花蔓（vanamala）。他袒胸赤足，身着边缘带装饰的素面缠腰布。左手持一枝盛开的莲花，莲茎修长。背面处理较为粗糙，留有多个用于支撑的浇铸冒口。

一件风格与此可资比较的文殊师利（Mañjuśrī）像藏于纽约亚洲协会博物馆（Asia Society Museum, New York，馆藏号1979.045）。
